The trip was cross posted on BCMC and ACC last minute to take advantage of the sudden change in weather. It was nice to finally get a sunny day before the end of June. Two of us decided to take the F&F route in order to avoid the crowds and enjoy the nice views available on this route.
We followed the Grind trail until we reached the bridge, at which point we continued straight up the gully. As it was the first time we were doing this route this year, I regularly checked Strava to ensure we are on the right path. We encountered only two other hikers on the way up.
After about an hour we reached the short but enjoyable scrambling section and right after that we were rewarded with magnificent views of Vancouver and the ocean. There were some minor snow patches left in some sections but overall the trail conditions were good. Another 15-20 minutes of hiking in the tress got us to the chalet, at which point we took the sky ride to get back down. An enjoyable evening in very pleasant weather.

I'm relatively quite new on this website and Vancouver area. But here is a quick report on the Garibaldi area from a Sunday hike on blackTusk.
Bottom of the area a bit icy following the rain from saturday, few tree log on the track before the first intersection. The snow is getting quite descent after the lake area. Not much to say about snow conditions anyway, since there not many layers to talk about.
Here is few pictures anyway to get a better idea.
